1. After I submit my order, can I pay already?

Yup! Follow the instructions sent via e-mail.

      2. Where can I submit my proof of payment?

      Send a copy of the deposit slip, screenshot of mobile transfer or Paypal confirmation to wheretonextorder@gmail.com.

      3. Is the shipping fee included in the price?

      NinjaVan Metro Manila: PHP 60
      NinjaVan Luzon: PHP 150
      LBC Provincial Visayas – Mindanao: PHP 175
      International: Cost depends on location and weight, send an email to contact@wheretonext.ph for more info.

      4. When can I expect my product to be shipped?

      Within Metro Manila: 2-3 business days
      Outside of Metro Manila: allow 3-5 business days

        5. If I miss paying this week, can I still pay next week?

        Your order will only be held for 3 days. This will also depend on stock availability and order time.

        6. Do you have a store? 

        You can purchase our products at Things That Matter, they have a physical store at UP Town Center, QC.

        7. What are your terms and conditions?

        • Customer pays for shipping charges and additional fees.
        • You can return a product up to 3 days from the date you received it. This is subject to the cause for return.
        • If an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to honor order changes.
